    as a boutique pilates studio, we are often teaching during class hours, but we aim to respond within 24 hours.

    we can help modify exercises to support your needs safely.

    • group classes may be appropriate on a case-by-case basis

    • many clients continue until the third trimester depending on comfort and experience

    • new clients should wait:

      • 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth)

      • 12 weeks postpartum (c-section)

    • returning clients may resume earlier with modifications

    always consult your healthcare provider before returning to exercise.


  • wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing.

    we recommend:

    • fitted or semi-fitted workout clothes

    • grip socks (required for equipment-based classes)

  • or best results, we recommend:

    2–3 pilates sessions per week

    however:

    • beginners can start with 1x/week

    • consistency is more important than intensity

    • your plan should fit your schedule and lifestyle

    • class packs (flexible, no commitment)

    • DUET sessions (semi-private)

  • yes — all of our classes are designed to be adaptable.

    if you’re brand new, we recommend:

    • starting with a private session, or

    • booking our discovery series

    so you feel confident and supported from the start.


  • in many cases, yes.

    pilates may qualify when used for:

    • medically necessary exercise

    you may need:

    • a letter of medical necessity (LMN) from your provider

    • receipts for your sessions
